ALUMINIUM

Secondary aluminium production involves aluminium metal that is not refined from aluminium oxide. It includes all aluminium made from melted ingots and all recycled scrap.

Depending on your furnace design (tank, top charge, sidewall, CIF, etc.) a full range of monolithics or bricks can be offered. The solution will be zoned to fit the furnace process conditions: Chamber temperatures peaks, alloys processed, mechanical abuse from the charge and skimming, usage of salts/fluxes in order to minimize production downtime and cost of ownership by combining quick installing/drying products, precast shapes, and/or quick installation methods.

We provide complete furnace lining construction packages.  This, combined with our technical skills and experience, ensures the latest technology and design principles to enhance furnace lining performance.

LINTAL™

A specialty line of metal contact castables. Enable high performances even in the most extreme conditions. Provides superior corrosion resistance, high strength, excellent non-wetting properties, resistance to salt flux.

SILVER QUICK™

Chemically bonded castables, suitable for metal contact and veneer repairs SILVER QUICK™ range is designed for repairing or replacing existing refractory linings. It sets and cures quickly, and chemically bonds to existing refractory layers. SILVER QUICK™  castables consist of a part of dry formulation and a liquid activator

PLASTOGUN™

PLASTOGUN is a phosphate-bonded alumina gunning plastic. It’s cement-free, aluminium and alkali resistant, thermal shock, and abrasion-resistant.
Its installation time is 3x shorter than that of traditional ramming plastic.

CERACAST™

Composite material series based on nanoparticle technologies with superior resistance to the abrasion caused by the molten aluminium. Series include different formulations based on different aggregates. CERACAST™  is perfect for prefab used in areas of heavy wear.
